'- Xpress blades are made with up to date technology of patterned diamond segments
- Most qualified raw materials of metal powder and synthetic diamond powder
- The patterned diamonds perform faster speeds and longer life compared to traditional random distributed diamond blades
- Even load of diamond distribution
- Special bond matrix optimized for asphalt which is built with 30 years of experience
- Very hard bond with very high volume of WC(Tungsten carbide) for high durability
- Double laser welded on both sides for safety
- Strict welding test on both sides of segment to prevent segment come-off
- Slant segments for undercut protection
- Laser welded up to 900mm
- Different bond types by the hardness of materials are available
- Different quality grade of Supreme / Premium is available
